Are you looking for a healthy quick and filling vegan breakfast?

Well here is a vegan or nonvegan one for you!

Banana Oatmeal Peanut Butter Smoothie

What do you need?

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal (I mixed mine with chia & amaranth & cinnamon for even more protein)
  • 1 cup of Kefir Milk (yogurt) Vegan option: coconut milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • Maple syrup to your liking (or another favorite sweetener)
